He boasts over 37 years of high-performance coaching including leading groups of gymnasts from Spain (1992 Barcelona, 1996 Atlanta, 2000 Sydney) and France (2004 Athens, 2016 Rio) at the Olympic games.

Eric is recognized by the FIG (Federation of International Gymnastics ) as 1 of only 7 International Experts from around the World to be a Master Coach at a FIG Academy Level 1, 2, and 3 (highest).
