With over 15 years in gymnastics, Francisco has led athletes to success at national and international levels, serving as Head Coach at Exeter Gymnastics Club in England, personal coach for the British Junior National Team, and a dedicated mentor for high-performance programs in Brazil.

His expertise goes beyond the gym — Francisco played a key role in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games as Technical Officials Coordinator and Field of Play Supervisor, and was part of the Rio 2016 Olympics operations team.
